No matter what may be going on in your life at the moment \u2013 whatever challenge is confronting you head on that is impossible to avoid because it stares you in the face so brazenly \u2013 I am here to remind you that there is always light.<\/p>\n

I sit in the Paris airport awaiting a flight to attend a conference with renowned Clinical Psychologist and Wisdom Teacher, Dr Shefali. A dream come true to be attending. As I write this, I watch hundreds of people walking around the airport and realise the vastness of this world. So many people, places, cultures, personalities, interests, perspectives – how much there is out there. The world you see now – with its narrow views, challenges, high walls, and smallness – is only a fraction of what life has for you.<\/p>\n

An impasse in my world has opened up this opportunity to attend this conference \u2013 a choice to\u00a0grow<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0from the crisis instead of just simply\u00a0go<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0through the crisis. This choice has provided me with the much needed courage to do the things that light up my soul.<\/p>\n

So with this I share a few affirmations from motivational author,\u00a0Louise Hay,<\/em>\u00a0that inspire opening up your lense and renewing your heart:<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not know what the final outcome will be but life loves me and whatever the outcome I will be alright\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI am free to live in the now\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI love and accept myself\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI attract relationships that are fulfilling. Those that are not I release them back to the universe\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThe universe gets everything right. All things are unfolding as it\u2019s supposed to\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI lovingly release limiting beliefs\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cGod knows best\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cOut of this situation only good will come\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI will not be a victim to circumstances out of my control\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI deserve a beautiful life\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cMy lessons in life lead me toward grace\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI attract a good life that creates wonderful experiences\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI may not control all the events that happen to me but I can decide not to be reduced by them\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I make decisions with an open heart it\u2019s always the right decision\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThank you for all the love and blessings I am about to receive\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
