I am finally getting around to wishing you all a Happy New Year!
\nNow that our children are back at school, I am working on finding my rhythm and routine. Parents you understand this dilemma right?<\/p>\n

Phew 2023 was quite a year and on reflection although it held a lot of experiences to buckle up for, it also provided some pretty epic experiences. My theme last year was \u201cBold & Brave\u201d \u2013 knowing I was going to turn 40 somehow illuminated that I would require this! The decision was that whatever came my way I would grab it by the shoulders and face it head on to set the tone for the next decade I was to enter. The year transpired into numerous airplane rides, animal talk, coming of age, study, reunions, time travel, long goodbyes, \u2018school of life\u2019 lessons, musical theatrics and renewal. I share these pictures for you to have a glimpse \u2013 as I am proud of the bold and brave year that helped me to try new things, say yes to a whole lot more, challenge my old conditioning and get uncomfortable, and to turn a corner to squash the notion that there is only one way!<\/p>\n

One of the highlights of the year was meeting internationally recognised\u00a0Clinical Psychologist\u00a0Dr Shefali Tsabary (that\u2019s her in the picture with me below) in Atlanta\u00a0USA for her EVOLVE conference. It was her seventh one and I am grateful I pushed myself to go after intending to each year she held one. It is her last one for a while so I feel grateful for the timing. God\u2019s right timing.\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\nThe teachings and take aways left stretchmarks on my mind (stretchmarks I finally didn\u2019t mind!). I am beginning to sit down with these teachings again to review and extract the golden nuggets, and it has inspired me to work on launching a series for all the women out there who are ready to burst out of their cocoons and AWAKEN. To become version 2.0. It feels criminal to keep the information to myself. I am bursting at the seams to share it.<\/p>\n

Courses, trainings, workshops, webinars, books, academia. Learnings from world renowned professionals and wisdom teachers such as Dr Shefali Tsabary, Eckhart Tolle, Michael Singer, Robin Sharma, Sarah Blondin, Gay Hendricks, Brene Brown, David Kessler, Louise Hay, Yale professors, Young President\u2019s Organisation (YPO) recognized speakers, and more.<\/p>\n
