Dear\u00a0Conscious Living community<\/strong>,\n<\/p>\n

The festive feeling only truly arrived for me on Friday afternoon, in a small, unexpected moment as I closed my office for the year.<\/p>\n

I said goodbye to the daddy long-legged spider who has quietly lived in the corner of my office for months (yes, I grew strangely attached to him – and yes, I assumed he was a ‘him’). And just as I was about to lock the door, I felt the pull to walk back in.<\/p>\n

I took a deep breath, looked around, and thanked the space.<\/p>\n

I thanked the walls for holding stories –\u00a0for witnessing courage, grief, healing, laughter, and growth, and for holding the privilege of people trusting me with their most vulnerable parts. It was a grounding moment that told me I am truly ready to rest.<\/p>\n

This pause feels earned and necessary, so that I can return restored –\u00a0bigger, stronger, and most of all, more conscious.<\/p>\n

This year asked me to root deeper and reach wider.<\/p>\n

It invited a return to in-person work, into a space created to hold safety and presence. It expanded into workshops and webinars on self-love and close relationships, into facilitating sessions for organisations committed to growth, and into continued training to practise with integrity, ethics and care.<\/p>\n

It welcomed new channels of connection –\u00a0the\u00a0Conscious Living WhatsApp channel\u00a0<\/strong>and the birth of\u00a0The Awakened Woman<\/strong>, extending her voice into fashion with purpose and the celebration of local artistry.<\/p>\n

And it opened doors: professional speaking platforms and a confirmed London conference in\u00a02026<\/strong>\u00a0–\u00a0signalling that the work is not only growing, but evolving.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m also deeply grateful to\u00a0Rene<\/strong>\u00a0for holding the\u00a0operational heart of the practice<\/strong>\u00a0and keeping client communication flowing with care.<\/p>\n

Alongside this message, I\u2019m sharing a short video reflection created by my incredible marketing team,\u00a0Stance Marketing<\/strong>, whose dedication has helped take my inner purpose and make it visible in the world.<\/p>\n

As the year comes to a close, I\u2019d love to gently invite you to review your own year. I\u2019ve attached a simple reflection poster with steps you can follow in your own time –\u00a0not to judge the year, but to honour it.<\/p>\n

The practice will reopen on\u00a012 January<\/strong>, and I look forward to reconnecting with you in the new year.<\/p>\n
